Handrail System
The Ideal Shield® Handrail System has a unique "Never Paint Again" maintenance feature. You can install the handrail to be easily removed or permanently installed. The handrail can easily be relocated to meet changing floor plans. Custom sizes and colors are available upon request
The structurally superior Ideal Shield® Handrail System is delivered to your site in modular units ready for easy installation. The Ideal Shield® Handrail assembly includes 1 1/4" schedule 40 steel pipe sleeved in a high density polyethylene thermoplastic (HDPE) tube, secured by aluminum/magnesium alloy speed rail fittings.
You can specify the handrail to be removable or for permanent installation. Custom configurations can also be specified to meet your handrail needs. The outside diameter of the finished handrail pipe is 1.9" and the standard height is 42" to meet OSHA Standards.
